How A Blog Network Runs It’s Operation

Talking Points Memo has an interesting article on how it runs its blogging network. It’s an interesting take on things. I know it can get to be a handful when you have more virtual workers than brick and mortar based workers. It’s hard to keep track of productivity when you cant physically monitor it all the time.
